Vozara is a voice-first biographical archiving service operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Vozara helps individuals and families preserve life stories through AI-guided voice interviews.
By accessing or using Vozara at vozara.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vozara. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. By using Vozara, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Vozara is not designed for or directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at hello@vozara.life if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
Stories, recordings, transcripts, and any content you create using Vozara remain yours. Vozara does not claim ownership of your content.
By using Vozara, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you and your invited family members. This licence ends when you delete your account or the content.
We will never sell, licence, or share your content with third parties for commercial purposes.
Vozara records voice sessions to create transcripts and story archives. By starting a session, you confirm that:
— You consent to being recorded for the purpose of creating your story archive.
— If you are recording a session about another person, you have their knowledge and consent, or they are a deceased family member whose story you are preserving.
Guest sessions (before account creation) are held for 28 days and then permanently deleted unless you create an account to save them.
Vozara is designed for personal and family biographical use. You agree not to use Vozara to:
— Record, store, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates another person's privacy without their consent.
— Attempt to access another user's data or circumvent Vozara's security measures.
— Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or systematically access Vozara content.
— Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Vozara available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Vozara may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.
If Vozara shuts down permanently, we will provide at least 90 days notice by email and a direct download link to your full archive before any data is deleted. This commitment is also stated in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Vozara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Vozara, including loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Vozara will not exceed the amount you paid to Vozara in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vozara after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
